A Short Note

Many thanks to those of you who offered us words of encouragement. We will not be able to carry on our cooking until we are relocated to a suitable commercial premises. We are looking and will let you know through this blog when we are able to serve you again.
We also wish to take this opportunity to give our sincere apology if our operation may have caused any degree of anxiety among members of our community.
It was a small operation sustainable only by words of mouth. Although we prepared the dishes in the same way as we would for our own consumption in the family, the physical limitations of a home environment made it impossible to fully comply with all regulatory requirements.
